This is TEKA’s new ‘shaping machine’ and represents an absolute innovation in the market.
Thanks to a simple and effective system, the wire shaping machine is capable of producing numerous pieces from wire or strip.
Both geometric and fantasy shapes are produced by the machine with the use of reasonably priced, individual tools which can be inter-changed.
The machine comes with 4/5 pneumatic movements on 3 axes, which can mark, stamp and form pieces in a totally automatic quick process (approx. 60 pieces per minute).
The user is able to control the parameters by a touch screen display, which makes the work easy and intuitive. Each tool mounted onto the machine, can produce a different shape.
Assembling and replacing tools is very simple and takes about 10 minutes.
It’s also possible to work diamond cutted wires and strips without damaging the wire pattern itself.
The technology used is based on user-friendly criteria and the vast range of models that can be produced, makes the new NK20 extremely useful in many production sectors from jewellery findings to chain manufacturing.
The machine has a wide range of optionals like wire straightener, trademark stamping unit, cabinet and last but not least a spot welding unit SSG (TIG).
It is a new generation machine and ensures high quality soldering on all precious metals. The main benefits of this machine are the cleanliness and homogeneity of the welded area, the user-friendliness, the easiness with which it can be regulated and the low cost.
The machine guarantees excellent results even on stainless steel and silver, notoriously very difficult for laser welding.
The soldered surface does not tend to crystallize nor does the metal harden.
However, the result is a definite solder, which is durable, homogenous and aesthetically good.
Moreover, our TIG welding machine has an advanced discharge control that provides us with a wide range of adjustments in order to always obtain the ideal solder.
The settings allow the user to adjust the ramp-up and ramp-down current change rates, the duration, the discharge intensity and also optimise the aesthetic aspect of the solder, which may be useful depending on the composition of the alloy to be soldered. Thanks to a new technology the electrode is located outside the holder, this allows us to keep the electrode clean and prevent maintainance stops even after several thousands of pieces.
