BF-1 Bracelet Former machine

Equipped with a revolutionary system for bending the metal that thanks to the use of interchangeable plugs offers the possibility to obtain not only the classical flat shape but also concave and convex shapes and makes homogeneous series production.

Thanks to the innovative pneumatic clamping system and of pre-tensioned belts the BF- 1 allows you to bend the material of considerable thickness without incurring microfractures of the same.

Equipped with a 3” LCD touch screen that allows you to do the setup quickly, perform both the maintenance operations and one of the 99 existing programs.

The machine’s startup is made ​​secure through the use of two buttons.

The BF-1 is equipped with a 200 L120 pneumatic piston with 4 kW motor and a system of rotary plugs and thanks to this, the machine is able to develop a bending force of 3000Kg ( @ 10Bar )
