Tooling for cup chain aka tennis chain

Ever since Chris Evert stopped playing because her bracelet was broken, this model has been called ‘tennis’ and has become very popular.

Tennis chain may be also called cup chain or princess.

This new tooling represents the technical evolution of the TEKA‘s equipment. Thanks to this tooling it is now possible to realize this fancy chain without a machine!

The set of tools is composed by 4 pieces and can be personalized according to the needs of the customers. The standard set includes 2 progressive dies and 2 pneumatic devices to make the assembling operations.

The first dies makes ‘cubes’, the second one makes the ‘H’ pieces. These pieces are then assembled on a slide by closing the ‘cubes’ and with the stone setting device it is possible to fit the stones and close the prongs of the ‘cubes’.
