HR-1 High Resolution Chain Cutter

This machine has been designed to cut precious metal chains, especially small ones.

Thanks to a new concept, the chain cutter allows precise cuts, eliminating the variables
given by the natural twists that the chain assumes once loaded into the coil.

The machine offers the possibility of automatically cutting the chain, furthermore, from the software interface, it is possible to insert up to 10 different simultaneous cutting measurements with different quantities for each measurement.

Optionally, an Ethernet card and software for remote control can be mounted, industry 4.0 predisposition and piece collection pallets can be created to separate the various pieces.

The working parameters such as chain dragging speed and cutting waiting time are customizable.

Moreover knowing the chain pitch or the distance between links, a cutting length can be set that, by eliminating only one link, can result in an exact number of links.
