Teka, along with standard earring stamping tools is also producing a set of 3 moulds allowing an easy production process for new-design earrings.

These lightweight and easy to produce earrings are known as huggies on the market.

These articles were till now produced by casting and this involved many negative features linked to their weight and cleaning process. Our equipment enables the production of a wide variety of shapes, measures and models, which can be also enriched with precious and semi-precious stones.
To carry out the assembly process after the pressing, the earrings only need 2 pins for the clasp and the joint of the earring itself.
All this was the reason of the great success of this product line, which was immediately appreciated by the companies working in this field.
