PXP-series pop corn making machine

PXP-1

is the new automatic machine for pop corn chain made by TEKA.

This tool allows you to produce different models of pop corn chain automatically, simply by changing the moulds.

The operator only needs to load the strip into the coil.

PXP-1 is equipped with a hydraulic piston of 5 tons, pneumatic feeding, strip  cutter to chop the scraps, touch screen display and a tool plug-in system for fast equipment exchange.

PXP-2

is the new TEKA automatic machine for pop corn chain

The main and innovative feature of this machine is that it works with 2 tools thus allowing to create chains using different strips alternating and mixing both shapes and colors.
PXP-2 is also particularly good for small diameter chains, in facts thanks to a new engineering it is much faster than the older machines.

PXP-2 is fully automatic and programmable. It comes with a large LCD display and an user friendly interface which allows a simple configuration of a wide range of chain models.
The machine is suitable for round and oval shapes from 1.20 to 5 mm of diameter.
