The new BRN-1 by Teka is a smart and affordable machine which is able to realize a new interesting wide range product, ‘round head pin‘ through the application of a standard microflame torch.

Lately, these pins are used by all the companies who are working with hard stones, beads and charms. The machine is able to work with any kind of wire and thanks to its low price, it can easily find its place inside any factory.

BRN-2

The BRN-2 wireburner machine permits to make round head pins from a wire coil. It is electronically controlled by a PLC, with the possibility of adjusting the working parameters in a smart and easy way. Maximum safety is provided with the push START button and emergency gas interruption. Availability of automatic cycle working mode with the piece-counter sensor and the slide to collect the output pieces.
