Tools for chain & charms t5

The T5 series was developed in order to produce chain and pendant by means of a single tool.

These dies offer the possibility to move the cutting punches up and down, in order to obtain either a piece for the chain or for the pendant.

The possibility to obtain a twofold result by using this die makes it possible to reduce costs and to offer homogeneity in the production process of a possible “set”.

When producing chain, welding is necessary only for the jump ring  whereas other stamped components can be closed thanks to a so-called “5 holes” system, after which this production line was named.
